1. I never done caverns before. Do I need special training ?
A: This trip is for everyone. As we are going to trek for up to 4 hours (not straight, with some rest in the middle to drink water, take pictures, etc), just try to walk around the blocks once in a while.
2. Are we going to dive or swim inside those caverns?
A: Maybe we are going to have water up to the chest. No diving this time.
3. What if I get sick or cannot make this trip, will I have my money back?
If you comply with these rules:
a. 15 days before the trip: entitled to have 90% back
b. 10 days before the trip: 70% back
c. 5 days before the trip: 10% back
d. 4 to 1 day before the trip: no cash back
4. Can I bring my child?
A: Yes, only if your child is over 7 years old and you have to take care 100% of him/her.
5. The amount is charged per person, but will there be more people with me in the bedroom?
A: Prices are per person and everybody will stay in shared rooms.
6. Do I need to hire a guide?
A: For tours to the caves it is mandatory to have a local guide accompanying you. In the package, guides are already included.
7. What is there at the Lodging?
A: It has a Restaurant, TV and DVD, communal Room, sauna and bar.
8. Do I need to bring bed linen?
A: The Lodging provides bed linen and towels.
9. Do mobiles work there?
A: No, only landlines.
10. What should I bring with me?
A: A small backpack, flashlights, walking shoes, mosquito repellent, sunscreen, dry clothes, waterproof camera and
great enthusiasm!
11. I don't speak Portuguese, will I have problems?
A: We will do our best to put someone who speaks English in your group to clarify any doubts.
12. What is the departure time from São Paulo and where is the meeting point? What about the time to
return?

13. How are we going?
A: By bus, where you will have seats that tilt back, feet rest, water, TV and DVD.

Participants must be aware that ecotourism activities (like trekking, mountain/road biking, kayaking or canoeing, rafting, swimming, rappel,
orienteering, caving, etc) can cause personal injuries. You must be aware of those risks before booking or embarking on an excursion. Carefully
observations of the safety instructions informed by the guides are very important in order to have a safe trip and avoid incidents. We
can not take any responsibility for accidents or personal injuries that may occur during the excursions
